Sarah's First Trip to the Beach!

When we woke up this morning, we decided to take Sarah to the beach for the first time since it was such a beautiful day! We headed to Ocean City, NJ which was also first for Mommy. We had a wonderful day and we really think Sarah liked it as well. She really took in all the sights and also napped a few times in her stroller on the boardwalk. Mommy and Daddy had some yummy treats as well. We even stopped at the Acme for Daddy to show Sarah off to some of the people he met when he was working there on the renovation. Here are some pictures of the day and also a video of Daddy putting Sarah's feet in the ocean for the first time!

Heading across the Commodore Barry Bridge and into New Jersey. This was Sarah's first trip out of Pennsylvania!

Yay, we're here!

"I'm ready to see this ocean that you are both talking about!"

"Daddy, it better not be cold!"

"Daddy, I think it's cold!"

"Yikes, it's cold!"

"Daddy, don't put my feet in the cold water again! You hear me!"

"This is much better!"

"Mommy and Daddy, I had such a great day!"

"Do we have to go home now?"

"As long as we can come back again!"

First Memorial Day!

We went to Sarah's Mom-Mom and Pop's house for her first Memorial Day Picnic and Sarah had a great time! She's loves being around her family and she especially likes to watch her cousins play! Mommy and Daddy were bad about taking pictures that day, but here are a few that we did capture!

Sarah and her Great-Aunt Pat at the picnic

Sarah had a long day and was pooped out.

She did wake up though to try her new Bebe Pod that she's borrowing from her cousin, Kiersten!
She wasn't so sure of it at first.

She soon got the hang of it though!

Sarah and Mommy's First Trip to Nazareth!

Sarah and I took our first trip to Nazareth (Mommy's hometown!) without Daddy and we did really well! We had the car packed with lots of stuff. Sarah slept most of the ride there.

The first thing we did when we got to Nazareth was went to Sarah's cousin Cole's preschool picnic. Grammy wanted us to come to the picnic so she could show Sarah off to all the moms and teachers who she has been telling all about Sarah. We had a lot of fun and had a nice lunch. Pappy and Stacee came to the picnic too!

This was also Sarah's First Sleepover. We stayed the night at Grammy and Pappy's house. Sarah didn't sleep much different than she does at home except she got to sleep in her Pack N Play for the first time which I think she really enjoyed. I know I really like the Pack N Play. It's relatively easy to set up and it looks so pretty. It also has a really cool changing table attached to it. I didn't take any pictures of it that day, but I'll have to take some the next time we set it up.

Sarah's cousin, Cohen, who is 2, is very intrigued by "Baby Sarah", although he's not too fond of allowing Grammy or Pappy to hold Sarah. He's very protective of his Grammy and Pappy. I'm sure he'll eventually not mind sharing Grammy and Pappy although that might not be for a long time...LOL!

Cohen had more fun playing with the bouncy seat than Sarah.

He's still trying to figure her out. He's used to being the baby :)

3 Months Old!

Time really does fly! I can't believe our little sweetie is 3 months old already! She is doing so many new things and everyday is another new adventure! She smiles a lot now and is starting to hold things in her hand that we give to her. She's starting to really like some of her toys, especially those that light up and play music!

Sarah and her puppies! They are her guard dogs...lol. All 5 and 8 lbs. of them!

When we went to visit Grammy and Pappy recently, Mommy and Grammy took Sarah to get her 3 month portraits done! We think they turned out pretty good. Sarah seemed to enjoy herself. She did a great job and smiled a lot for the photographer. Here are some of my favorites!

We call this the "Marilyn Monroe" pose!
